12-slot cold backup

The base is numbered 1–12. Slide in etched letter tiles, then lock the cover to seal them in.

Modular steel plates

Three narrow plates plus a protective cover. Lock holes let you secure the set further.

Deep-etched letters

Lowercase letters and numbers are deep-etched — not printed — for permanent preservation.

How to use

Open the plate → insert letter tiles → lock the cover

Open the seed plate

Slide or lift the top plate to open the vault.

Unscrew to unlock

Use the included precision screwdriver to unlock the cover.

Lift the cover

Reveal the slots numbered 1–12.

Insert letter or blank tiles

Place tiles in the order of your recovery phrase.

Arrange and lock

Confirm the sequence, then replace the cover and tighten the screws.

Fully assembled
